Muy importante a tener en cuenta:

• La edad mínima para participar en la Patinada Popular es de 8 años cumplidos el día de la prueba.
• Todos los participantes menores de 18 años deberán presentar la “AUTORIZACIÓN OFICIAL PARA MENORES DE EDAD” que encontrarán en la sección de inscripciones de la página web oficial del evento. Además, todos los participantes menores de 16 años deberán ir acompañados en todo momento de un responsable mayor de 18 años (padres, familiares, monitor, etc).
• El recorrido tiene una distancia de 6.000m, al cual los participantes deberán dar una vuelta.
• La duración máxima para realizar la prueba será de 45 minutos.

La Patinada Popular se regirá por el siguiente reglamento:

Artículo 1: LA PRUEBA
El 5º Maratón Internacional de Patinaje de Madrid Gran Premio IBERCAJA, se celebrará el 24 de junio de 2018. Dentro del evento se establece una Patinada Popular, la cual se celebrará el mismo día, fijando la hora de salida a las 12:00h. El comité organizador se reserva el derecho de hacer las modificaciones que crea oportunas para el buen funcionamiento de la misma. Todos los participantes, por el hecho de formalizar la inscripción, aceptan el presente reglamento y, en caso de reclamaciones técnicas, se someten a la decisión del Comité Organizativo.

Artículo 2: PROTECCIONES
El uso de casco rígido es obligatorio. Las protecciones son muy recomendables.

Artículo 3: DORSALES
El dorsal se fijará en la pierna izquierda, de forma que quede completamente visible. 

Artículo 4: HORARIOS + RECORRIDO
La salida de los patinadores se dará a las 12:00h.

La salida y llegada estarán situadas en la Plaza de Colón. Se efectuará 1 vuelta de 6.000 metros, para la cual, los participantes dispondrán de 60 minutos para completarla. Los participantes que no consigan finalizar la distancia en el tiempo estipulado deberán abandonar el trazado de la prueba.

Se establece un tiempo máximo para la Patinada Popular de 45 minutos, cerrándose la meta a las 12:45 horas.

Artículo 5: PREMIOS.
Esta es una patinada NO competitiva, por lo que no se entregarán premios a los vencedores absolutos ni por categorías.

Artículo 6: CATEGORÍAS
Puesto que se trata de una patinada popular, NO competitiva, no se establecen categorías de ningún tipo.

Artículo 7: REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
La Patinada Popular del Maratón Internacional de Patinaje de Madrid es una marcha que requiere un adecuado nivel físico y técnico del patinador, así como saber desenvolverse en grupo por carretera.
La edad mínima para poder tomar parte es de 8 años.
Todos los participantes menores de 16 años deberán ir, en todo momento, acompañados por un adulto mayor de 18 años.
Se establece un tiempo máximo para la Patinada Popular de 45 minutos, cerrándose la meta a las 12:45 horas.

Artículo 8: SEGURIDAD
Queda terminantemente prohibido aprovechar la aspiración de vehículos a motor, bicicletas, etc., así como cogerse a cualquiera de ellos, siendo motivo de expulsión de la prueba.

Artículo 9: NORMAS
Todo participante inscrito en la Patinada Popular del Maratón Internacional de Patinaje de Madrid se compromete a respetar todas las normas del PRESENTE reglamento, y especialmente en lo que concierne a abandonar la prueba cuando los jueces o miembros de la organización consideren que su nivel técnico o físico no es el adecuado, o cuando el tiempo establecido para finalizar la prueba se haya cumplido. Del mismo modo se descalificará a los patinadores que presenten actitudes antideportivas o presenten un riesgo para el resto de participantes.

Artículo 10: VEHÍCULOS
El circuito estará completamente cerrado al tráfico y los únicos vehículos que podrán seguir la prueba serán los designados por la Organización debidamente autorizados e identificados.

Artículo 11: SEGUROS
Todos los participantes oficialmente inscritos estarán cubiertos por una póliza de seguros, concertada por la Organización, que cubrirá los accidentes que se produzcan como consecuencia directa del desarrollo de la prueba.

Artículo 12: DESCALIFICACIONES

Únicamente los participantes oficialmente inscritos, que acrediten estarlo mediante el dorsal oficial y original de la carrera, tendrán derecho a disfrutar de cualquiera de los servicios de la carrera instalados a lo largo del recorrido o en la meta (avituallamiento, asistencia sanitaria, guardarropa, etc). Estos deberán llevar, en la pierna izquierda, en todo momento y sin doblar, alterar o manipular el dorsal original entregado por la organización del evento. La organización no permitirá la participación o entrada al circuito de las personas que no cumplan los requisitos anteriores o que participen en la carrera sin dorsal o con él falsificado, expulsándoles de la misma en el momento en que sean detectados.

Queda prohibido el uso de auriculares durante la carrera, para poder escuchar las indicaciones de los jueces y lo que ocurre en la competición.

SERÁN RETIRADOS DE LA PRUEBA LOS PATINADORES QUE:

  • Pongan en peligro la integridad física de otros patinadores o al personal de la organización
  • Participen con el dorsal asignado a otro participante
  • Entren en meta sin dorsal
  • Alteren u oculten la publicidad del dorsal
  • No corran con el dorsal original asignado para esta edición durante todo el recorrido
  • Presten o faciliten su dorsal (de esta u otra edición) a otros corredores
  • No atiendan a las instrucciones de la Organización
  • Que no abandonen el circuito una vez que se alcancen las 13:00 horas. Esta indicación será realizará por el personal de organización situado en el recorrido y por Policía Municipal.

Incomparecencias
Una vez se haya efectuado la inscripción se perderá el derecho de reclamación de la cuota de inscripción si desease cancelarla. Si por causas de fuerza mayor, ajenas a la organización (tormentas, terremotos, etc.), el evento tiene que ser suspendido, no se devolverán las tasas de inscripción, procediéndose a guardar las inscripciones para el año siguiente.
Toda situación no prevista en estas normas, se regirá conforme a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento General de Competiciones de la Federación Española de Patinaje.  

Artículo 13: PUBLICIDAD
Queda prohibido el reparto de publicidad de otras entidades o clubes que no hayan contactado con la organización para previa autorización, así como su publicidad a través de elementos estáticos el día del evento.

Important to keep in mind:
• The minimum age to participate in the free skate is 8 years of age celebrated by the day of the event.
• All the participants under the age of 18 should present the “OFFICIAL AUTHORIZATION FOR MINORS” that can be found in the registration section of the event’s official website. Furthermore, all participants under the age of 16 should be accompanied at all times by a responsible party over the age of 18 (parents, family members, instructor, etc.).
• The track has a distance of 6.000m, in which participants should perform one lap.
• The maximum duration to finish the event will be 45 minutes.

The Free Skate adheres to the following regulations:

Article 1: The Event
The 5th International Madrid Skating Marathon Grand Prix IBERCAJA will take place on the 24th of June, 2018. As part of the event, there will be a Free Skate, which will also take place that same day with a start time of 12:00. The organizing committee reserves the right to make modifications for the betterment of the event. All participants, as a result of their registration accept the following regulations and, in the case of technical reclamations, will submit to the decisions of the Organizing Committee.

Article 2: Protections
The use of a helmet is mandatory. Forms of protection are highly recommended.

Article 3: Bib Number
The bib number shall be placed on the left leg in a manner which is completely visible.

Article 4: Hours + Route
The skaters will commence at 12:00.
The start and finish will be located at Plaza de Colón. It will consist of one 6.000m lap which the participants will have 60 minutes to complete. The participants that are not able to complete the distance within this time frame will have to abandon the event. The finish line for participants will close at 12:45.

Article 5: Prizes
This is NOT a competitive skate. As such, the victors will not be receiving prizes regardless of category.

Article 6: Categories
Because this is NOT a competitive skate, there will not be any established categories.

Article 7: Minimum Requirements
The Free Skate of the International Madrid Skating Marathon is an event that requires an adequate level of physical fitness as well as skating skill, such as being able to conduct oneself in a group while on the track.
The minimum age to take part in this event is 8 years old.
All participants under the age of 16 should be accompanied at all times by an adult over the age of 18.
The maximum time allotted to complete the distance of the event is 45 minutes, with the finish line closing at 12:45.

Article 8: Security
It is prohibited to use the help of any motor vehicles, bicycles, etc., such as grabbing hold of any of them. This will be punished with expulsion from the event.

Article 9: Norms
All registered participants in the Free Skate of the International Madrid Skating Marathon promise to respect the all the norms of these PRESENT regulations, especially in regard to abandoning the event if the judges or members of the organization consider that one’s skill or physical level is not adequate, or when the allotted time limit for the event has been reached. By the same token, participants who demonstrate a nonsporting attitude or present a risk for other participants will also be disqualified.

Article 10: Vehicles
The circuit will be entirely closed off from traffic and the only vehicles that will be permitted to follow the event are those designated by the Organization that are both authorized and identified.

Article 11: Insurance
All officially registered participants will be covered by an insurance policy, provided by the Organization, which will cover the accidents that occur as a direct result of the happenings of the event.

Article 12: Disqualifications
Only those participants who have officially registered, and can prove this through the original and official bib number of the event will have the right to enjoy any of the services of the event put in place throughout route and the finish line (refreshments, sanitary assistance, changing rooms, etc.) These individuals should wear their original bib numbers given to them by the organization the day of the event on their left leg at all times without bending, altering, or manipulating it. The organization will not allow the participation or entrance to the circuit for individuals that have not completely adhered to the aforementioned requirements or that participate in the event without a bib number or one that has been falsified. They will be expelled the moment they are discovered.
The use of headphones is prohibited so that all can hear the indications of the judges and what is happening throughout the course of the competition.

PARTICPANTS WHO DO THE FOLLOWING WILL BE EXPELLED FROM THE EVENT
• Endanger the physical integrity of other participants or the organization’s personnel.
• Participate with a bib number assigned to another participant
• Enter the event without a bib number
• Alter or hide the bib number
• Run without the original bib number assigned for this edition of the event throughout the entire event
• Give or facilitate the use of their bib number (of this edition or otherwise) to other participants
• Do not abandon the event once the allotted time limit has been reached at 13:00. This indication will be made known via the personnel of the Organization situated throughout the course as well as Municipal Police.

Conditions
Once officially registered, the individual loses the right reclaim the registration fee if they so desire to cancel it. If due to natural causes (storm, earthquake, etc.) the event has to be suspended, the registration fee will not be returned, instead it will be saved as the individual’s registration fee for the following year.
Any situation not written within these norms is subject to the discretion of the General Rules of Competition of the Spanish Federation of Skating.

Article 13: Publication
The sharing of publication, such as that of elements of the day of the event, for other entities or clubs that have not contacted the organization for prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
