Muy importante a tener en cuenta:

• La edad mínima para participar en el Maratón será de 16 años cumplidos antes del día de la prueba.
• La edad mínima para participar en el 24K será de 14 años cumplidos antes del día de la prueba.
• Todos los participantes menores de 18 años deberán presentar la autorización oficial para menores de edad que encontrarán en la sección de inscripciones de la página web oficial del evento.
• NO se eliminará a los patinadores DOBLADOS, deberán correr por el exterior de la calzada.
• La duración máxima para realizar las pruebas será de 2 horas 45 minutos.
• El recorrido tiene una distancia de 9.048m, al cual debemos añadirle 6.003m del bucle inicial, haciendo una distancia total de 42.195m para la prueba de maratón, después de completar las 4 vueltas completas más el bucle inicial.
• En el caso de los 24K el recorrido tiene una distancia de 9.048m, al cual debemos añadirle 6.003m del bucle inicial, quedando una distancia total de 24.000m después de realizar las 2 vueltas completas más el bucle inicial.

Tanto la prueba de Maratón como los 24K se rigen por los puntos citados a continuación. 

Artículo1: LA PRUEBA
El 5º Maratón Internacional de Patinaje de Madrid Gran Premio IBERCAJA, se celebrará el 24 de junio de 2018. El comité organizador se reserva el derecho de hacer las modificaciones que crea oportunas para el buen funcionamiento de la competición. Todos los participantes, por el hecho de formalizar la inscripción, aceptan el presente reglamento y, en caso de reclamaciones técnicas, se someten a la decisión del Comité Organizativo.

Artículo 2: PROTECCIONES
El uso de casco rígido es OBLIGATORIO, no será posible la participación en la prueba sin el mismo. Las protecciones son muy recomendables.

Artículo 3: DORSALES
Los participantes deberán portar los dorsales visibles y en los lugares establecidos:

• Dorsal en el muslo de la pierna izquierda
• Dorsal en el lateral izquierdo del casco
• Dorsal en el lateral derecho del casco

El dorsal debe quedar recto y sin arrugas, de forma que tanto el número como el nombre del patrocinador sean bien visibles.

Artículo 4: HORARIOS
La salida de los patinadores se efectuará a las 9:00h.
La salida y llegada estarán situadas en la Plaza de Colón, en el distrito de Salamanca.

Se efectuarán 2 vueltas completas más el bucle inicial para la prueba de 24K y 4 vueltas completas más el bucle inicial para la prueba de Maratón, completando de esta manera la distancia total de la prueba. La llegada para patinadores se cerrará a las 11:45h.

Artículo 5: PREMIOS
Se entregarán premios en metálico a los ganadores masculino y femenino de la carrera de Maratón (500€ primer hombre – 500€ primera mujer; 250€ segundo hombre – 250€ segunda mujer; 100€ tercer hombre – 100€ tercera mujer).
Obtendrán trofeo los tres primeros clasificados de la general masculina y femenina de la distancia de Maratón y 24K.  

Artículo 6: CATEGORÍAS.

  • INFANTIL masculino / femenino – federados y no federados
  • JUVENIL masculino / femenino – federados y no federados
  • JUNIOR masculino / femenino – federados y no federados
  • SENIOR masculino / femenino – federados y no federados
  • ABSOLUTA masculino / femenino – federados y no federados
  • MASTER (30-40-50-60) masculino / femenino – federados y no federados

Artículo 7: TIEMPOS DE CORTE
El tiempo máximo para completar la distancia será de 2 horas 45 minutos. Los patinadores que sean alcanzados por las motos que preceden al primer atleta, al oír la sirena, se deberán apartar y continuar por el carril exterior.

Artículo 8: DISTANCIA
El Maratón Internacional de Patinaje de Madrid Gran Premio IBERCAJA es una carrera que requiere un adecuado nivel físico y técnico del patinador. Recordamos que pese a ser popular, es una CARRERA no un paseo, constando de 24 km, y de 42,195 km para la distancia de maratón. Es necesario saber desenvolverse en grupo por carretera.
Si crees que puede que tu nivel no sea el adecuado para participar en estas pruebas puedes probar participando en la patinada popular de 6 km.

Artículo 9: SALIDA + REBUFOS
La salida estará formada por 2 cajones delimitados, uno denominado ÉLITE y otro POPULAR. El acceso a estos se realizará en función de las siguientes pautas:
Cajón ÉLITE: podrán acceder los participantes de la distancia MARATÓN que acrediten marca en la distancia inferiores a:

  • Hombres: 1:10:00
  • Mujeres: 1:25:00

NOTA: la solicitud de acceso al cajón ÉLITE tendrá como fecha límite el viernes 15 de junio de 2018.
Cajón POPULAR: resto de participantes de distancia MARATÓN y 24K.

Queda terminantemente prohibido aprovechar la aspiración de vehículos a motor, bicicletas, etc, así como cogerse a cualquiera de ellos, siendo motivo de descalificación.
Igualmente podrán ser descalificados aquellos patinadores o patinadoras que aprovechen el rebufo de otros de distinto sexo EN EL GRUPO DE CABEZA tanto masculino como femenino.

Artículo 10: NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD
Todo participante inscrito en el Maratón Internacional de Patinaje de Madrid Gran Premio IBERCAJA se compromete a respetar todas las normas del reglamento y especialmente en lo que concierne a abandonar la prueba cuando los jueces o miembros de la organización consideren que su nivel técnico y/o físico no sea el adecuado. Del mismo modo se retirará a los participantes del recorrido una vez se haya cumplido el tiempo máximo determinado para completar la prueba.

El circuito estará completamente cerrado al tráfico y los únicos vehículos que podrán seguir la prueba serán los designados por la Organización, siempre que estos estén debidamente autorizados e identificados.

Queda prohibido el uso de auriculares durante la carrera, para de este modo poder escuchar a los jueces y lo que ocurre en la propia competición.

Toda situación no prevista en estas normas, se regirá conforme a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento General de Competiciones de la Real Federación Española de Patinaje (RFEP).

Artículo 11: SEGUROS
Todos los participantes oficialmente inscritos estarán cubiertos por una póliza de seguros, concertada por la Organización, que cubrirá los accidentes que se produzcan como consecuencia directa del desarrollo de la prueba.

Artículo 12: DESCALIFICACIONES
Solamente los participantes oficialmente inscritos, que puedan acreditarlo mediante el dorsal oficial y original de la carrera, tendrán derecho a disfrutar de cualquiera de los servicios de la carrera instalados a lo largo del recorrido o en la meta (avituallamiento, asistencia sanitaria, guardarropa, etc). Estos deberán llevar el dorsal perfectamente visible, sin doblar ni manipular, en las ubicaciones comentadas en el artículo 3 del presente reglamento. La organización no permitirá la participación o entrada al circuito a las personas que no cumplan los requisitos anteriores, o que participen en la carrera sin dorsal o con él falsificado, expulsándoles de la misma en el momento en que sean detectados.

SERÁN DESCALIFICADOS DE LA PRUEBA Y NO PODRÁN OPTAR AL PREMIO LOS PATINADORES QUE:

  • Participen con el ‘chip’ o dorsal de otros participantes.
  • Entren en meta sin dorsal.
  • Alteren u oculten la publicidad de los dorsales.
  • No participen con el dorsal original asignado para esta edición durante todo el recorrido.
  • Presten o faciliten su dorsal a otros corredores.
  • No pasen los puestos de control establecidos por la Organización (chip u otro tipo).
  • No atiendan a las instrucciones de la Organización.
  • Los inscritos en los 24K tendrán que abandonar el circuito una vez hayan completado las 2 vueltas más el bucle. No podrán seguir patinando, siendo descalificado si continuaran.

Incomparecencias
Una vez se haya efectuado la inscripción se perderá el derecho de reclamación de la cuota de inscripción si desease retirarse, además deberá informar a la organización de su decisión a la mayor brevedad. Los corredores descalificados perderán automáticamente toda opción a los premios. Si por causas de fuerza mayor ajenas a la organización (tormentas, terremotos, etc.), el evento tuviese que ser suspendido, no se devolverán las tasas de inscripción, procediéndose a guardar las inscripciones para el año siguiente.

Cancelaciones
Las cuotas de la inscripción no serán reembolsables en ningún caso. Los dorsales son personales e intransferibles y no se podrá cambiar la titularidad de los mismos.  

Artículo 13: PUBLICIDAD
Queda prohibido el reparto de publicidad de otras entidades o clubes que no hayan contactado con la organización, así como su publicidad estática el día del evento.

Important to keep in mind:

• The minimum age to participate in the Marathon is 16 years of age celebrated before the day of the race.

• All the participants under the age of 18 should present the “OFFICIAL AUTHORIZATION FOR MINORS” that can be found in the registration section of the event’s official website.
• Those participants who tire and cannot go on as quickly will not be eliminated, however, they should proceed via the exterior of the course.
• The maximum duration to complete the course is 2 hours and 45 minutes.
• The course has a distance of 9.048m, of which an additional 6.003m has to be added for the initial loop, making for a total of 42.195m for the marathon, after completing four laps and the initial loop.
• In the case of the 24kK, the course has a distance of 9.048m, of which an additional 6.003mhas to be added for the initial loop, making for a total of 24.000m after completing two laps and the initial loop.

The Marathon and the 24k both adhere to the following regulations:

Article 1: The Event
The 5th International Madrid Skating Marathon Grand Prix IBERCAJA will take place on the 24th of June, 2018. The organizing committee reserves the right to make modifications for the betterment of the event. All participants, as a result of their registration accept the following regulations and, in the case of technical reclamations, will submit to the decisions of the Organizing Committee.

Article 2: Protections
The use of a rigid helmet is OBLIGATORY, it will not be possible to participate without one. Forms of protection are highly recommended.

Article 3: Bib Number
Participants should display the bib numbers visibly and in the required locations:
• Bib number on the left leg muscle
• Bib number on the left side of the helmet
• Bib number on the right side of the helmet
The bib number should stay upright and unwrinkled, so that both the number and name of the participant are clearly visible.

Article 4: Hours
The skaters will commence at 9:00.
The start and finish will be located at Plaza de Colón, in the district of Salamanca.

It will consist of two laps plus the initial loop for the 24K and 4 laps plus the initial loop for the Marathon, which completes the entire distance of the event. The finish line for skaters will close at 11:45.

Article 5: Prizes
Metal prizes will be given to the winners of both the men and women for the Marathon (500€ first man – 500€ first woman; 250€ second man – 250€ second woman; 100€ third man – 100€ third woman).
The first three men and women in both thee Marathon and 24K will be given a trophy.

Article 6: Categories

• JUNIOR masculine / feminine – federated and not federated
• SENIOR masculine / feminine – federated and not federated
• ABSOLUTE masculine / feminine – federated and not federated

Article 7: Cut-off Time
The maximum amount of time to complete the full distance is 2 hours and 45 minutes. The skaters who are caught up to by the motorcycles that precede the first skater should move aside and continue on the exterior of the course upon hearing the siren.

Article 8: Distance
The International Madrid Skating Marathon Grand Prix IBERCAJA is an event that requires an adequate level of physical fitness as well as skating skill. It is important to remember that it is, in fact, a race not a leisurely activity, consisting of 24km and 42,195km for the Marathon. It is necessary to be able to conduct oneself in a group while on the track. If you think that your level is not adequate enough to take part in these races, you can participate in the free skate which is only 6km.

Article 9: Starting Line and Slipstream
The starting line will consist of two starting gates, one denoted as ELITE and the other as POPULAR. Access to these can be had through the following:
ELITE: participants for the Marathon who have a time under:
- Men: 1:10:00
- Women: 1:25:00
NOTE: Registration for access to the ELITE starting gate will end Friday, June 15, 2018.
POPULAR: All other participants for the Marathon and 24K.

It is prohibited to use the help of any motor vehicles, bicycles, etc., such as grabbing hold of any of them. This will be punished with expulsion from the event. Participants can be disqualified for using the slipstream of those ahead of them, male or female.

Article 10: Norms
All registered participants in the International Madrid Skating Marathon promise to respect the all the norms of these PRESENT regulations, especially in regard to abandoning the event if the judges or members of the organization consider that one’s skill or physical level is not adequate, or when the allotted time limit for the event has been reached. By the same token, participants who demonstrate a nonsporting attitude or present a risk for other participants will also be disqualified.

The circuit will be entirely closed off from traffic and the only vehicles that will be permitted to follow the event are those designated by the Organization that are both authorized and identified.

The use of headphones is prohibited so that all can hear the indications of the judges and what is happening throughout the course of the competition.
Any situation not written within these norms is subject to the discretion of the General Rules of Competition of the Spanish Royal Federation of Skating (RFEP).

Article 11: Insurance
All officially registered participants will be covered by an insurance policy, provided by the Organization, which will cover the accidents that occur as a direct result of the happenings of the event.

Article 12: Disqualifications
Only those participants who have officially registered, and can prove this through the original and official bib number of the event will have the right to enjoy any of the services of the event put in place throughout route and the finish line (refreshments, sanitary assistance, changing rooms, etc.) These individuals should wear their bib numbers in a perfectly visible manner in accordance with the instructions found in article 3 without bending, altering, or manipulating it. The organization will not allow the participation or entrance to the circuit for individuals that have not completely adhered to the aforementioned requirements or that participate in the event without a bib number or one that has been falsified. They will be expelled the moment they are discovered.

PARTICPANTS WHO DO THE FOLLOWING WILL BE EXPELLED FROM THE EVENT

• Participate with a “chip” or bib number assigned to another participant.
• Enter the event without a bib number.
• Alter or hide the bib number.
• Participate without the original bib number assigned for this edition of the event throughout the entire event.
• Give or facilitate the use of their bib number (of this edition or otherwise) to other participants.
• Do not pass through the control stations put in place by the Organization (chip or otherwise).
• Do not pay attention to the Organization’s instructions.
• Those who registered for the 24K will have to abandon the course once their two laps and initial loop have been completed. They cannot continue skating, and will be disqualified if they do.

Conditions
Once officially registered, the individual loses the right reclaim the registration fee if they so desire to cancel it. Additionally, one should inform the organization of their decision at their earliest convenience. All disqualified participants will automatically lose all possibility of winning a prize. If due to natural causes (storm, earthquake, etc.) the event has to be suspended, the registration fee will not be returned, instead it will be saved as the individual’s registration fee for the following year.
Cancelations
The payment of the registration will not be reimbursed under any circumstance. The bib numbers are personal and not transferable and their title cannot be changed.

Article 13: Publication
The sharing of publication, such as that of elements of the day of the event, for other entities or clubs that have not contacted the organization for prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
